Spain
will face Georgia in their final friendly before beginning their defence
of the European championships on June 7 at Getafe’s Alfonso Perez
Coliseum in Madrid, the Spanish Football Federation confirmed on
Tuesday.
Vicente del Bosque’s men will also meet
Bosnia and Herzegovina on May 29 and South Korea on June 1 during a
training camp in Switzerland and Austria.
However, the match against Georgia may
be the only time Del Bosque has a full squad to choose from ahead of the
finals in France as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are in
the running to reach the Champions League final on May 28.
Spain have been drawn alongside the
Czech Republic, Turkey and Croatia in Group D as they aim to become the
first side to ever win three back-to-back European
